Our Story
Founded in 2021, TriCity Bearings grew out of a 20-year history in the industrial supply industry. Having worked side-by-side with engineers and maintenance leaders across the TriCity area for two decades, Andrew knew firsthand that preventing downtime requires more than off-the-shelf order fulfillment. It demands exceptional service, swift response times, and premium-grade products.
Equally important to our founders was creating a company culture built to last. We set out to build a great place for people to call work—a supportive, engaging environment where team members are valued, challenged, and empowered to do their best work every day.
Today, that foundation guides our expansion into new markets. We provide modern manufacturing operations with comprehensive industrial solutions, pairing high-precision inventory with the dedicated, hands-on support our clients rely on.

Andrew founded TriCity Bearings out of a pure love for solving complex equipment problems. Today, he remains the company’s technical backbone while hosting The Bearing Guy podcast welcoming anyone to connect, privately or publicly, for technical advice and career mentorship.

Born and raised in Oshawa, Tianna keeps TriCity Bearings' finances balancing as smoothly as a perfect pitch. Off the clock, she’s all about healthy living, daily walks, and keeping up with her kids, A die-hard Blue Jays fan, she rarely misses a game bringing high energy to the stands and the company alike.

Brantford’s own local legend and Branch Manager by day, Jerry is also a master aquarist who turns technical fish-keeping into pure living art. He designs stunning, high-end underwater landscapes, proving that serious leadership and custom aquatic masterpieces can definitely go hand in hand
