Andrew founded Tri City Bearings out of a pure passion for solving complex equipment problems. Today, he leads our nationwide technical support team as the company’s technical backbone while hosting The Bearing Guy podcast welcoming anyone to connect, privately or publicly, for technical advice and career mentorship.

Fast-paced and relentlessly efficient, Tianna is all about getting things done without missing a beat. Born and raised in Oshawa, she brings drive and focus to everything she touches. When she isn't driving results at work, she stays active with healthy living, daily walks, and her kids and as a die-hard Blue Jays fan, she brings that same game-day energy to our team every day.

Brantford’s own local legend, Jerry brings deep industry experience to our daily operations. Outside of work, he's a master aquarist who turns technical fish-keeping into pure living art, designing stunning underwater landscapes and proving that practical problem-solving and creative design go hand in hand.

With years of hands-on counter experience and deep mechanical component familiarity, Joe ensures customers get the exact specifications they need without delay. Off the clock, he's happiest out on the water whether he's casting a line, captaining the boat, or spending time with his kids. Joe brings that same grounded, dependable trade knowledge to the counter every day.

Jay’s extensive background with heavy industrial components means he knows exactly how to match the right part to the toughest jobs. When he's off the clock, you'll find him out on the water casting a line for his next big catch. Whether reeling in trophy bass or tracking down hard-to-find bearings, Jay brings patience, grit, and decades of practical insight to the job.

Gerry brings over 30 years of continuous, hands-on industrial experience serving trade professionals across the Durham Region! When he isn't drawing on three decades of product knowledge to help clients, he's setting sail on annual cruises to explore the world. Highly seasoned and dependable, Gerry knows the industry inside and out.

Chris is a veteran of industrial operations, bringing years of practical leadership and workflow expertise to our entire network. Outside of work, he trades operational strategy for a quieter pace whether he's indulging his passion for automobiles or hitting the open road to explore parts unknown.

With a sharp entrepreneurial mindset and deep insight into industrial supply chains, William manages our Ontario delivery team and logistics network with maximum efficiency. Off the clock, his passion is collecting cars, always on the hunt for his next ride. He applies that same sharp eye for detail and high-octane drive to keeping our delivery routes running smoothly and getting critical parts to customer sites on time.

Connor combines rigorous product training with an intense drive for technical problem-solving. When he's not applying his trade knowledge to help clients resolve component failures, he's either lifting heavy at the gym or spending time with friends. Grounded and focused, he’s all about mastering the product catalog and building strong client trust.

Katie pairs rapid-fire problem solving with a thorough understanding of industrial component applications. When she isn't helping clients resolve urgent machinery issues, she's outside camping, hitting the trails, and keeping up with her two hyper dogs. Fueled by high energy and zero downtime, Katie brings sharp practical focus to every customer request.

Christina brings precision, product mastery, and creative troubleshooting to every technical inquiry. When she's not diving deep into technical specs to find the right industrial fix, you'll find her whipping up new recipes in the kitchen, out on a cycling route, or on the ice curling. Passionate and full of energy, she loves tackling tough component challenges.
