In 2025, TriCity Bearings established two distinct divisions to significantly enhance client service and responsiveness across critical areas: rapid emergency support and forward-thinking technological integration.
The Breakdown Team: Emergency Response
The Breakdown Team is TriCity Bearings' dedicated emergency response unit. Composed of expert technical sales representatives, this team is available to assist clients immediately in breakdown and urgent maintenance situations. Their mission is to minimize client downtime by providing rapid, on-site technical expertise, immediate part identification, and streamlined logistics to get operations running again as quickly and efficiently as possible.
