Tricity Bearings supplies a wide range of MRO products such as bearings and power transmission products, heavy conveyor and material handling products, hydraulic and pneumatic products.​ Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Brantford, Ontario, with branch locations in Cambridge, Hagersville, and Oshawa, Ontario. 

In 2025, TriCity Bearings established two distinct divisions to significantly enhance client service and responsiveness across critical areas: rapid emergency support and forward-thinking technological integration.

The Breakdown Team: Emergency Response

The Breakdown Team is TriCity Bearings' dedicated emergency response unit. Composed of expert technical sales representatives, this team is available to assist clients immediately in breakdown and urgent maintenance situations. Their mission is to minimize client downtime by providing rapid, on-site technical expertise, immediate part identification, and streamlined logistics to get operations running again as quickly and efficiently as possible.
 

The Bearing Squad: Digitalization and Future-Proofing

The Bearing Squad was created with the mission to bridge the gap between traditional industry practices and the transformative potential of modern digitalization, automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Headquarted in Waterloo, Ontario this division focuses on helping clients adopt advanced technologies for predictive maintenance, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency. The Bearing Squad works to introduce cutting-edge solutions that move client operations from reactive repairs to proactive, data-driven management, ensuring long-term success and competitiveness.
