Product Overview
The Gates BX42 Tri-Power® Molded Notch V-belt delivers higher horsepower ratings, improved flexibility, and superior heat dissipation for small diameter sheaves.
- Molded Notch Construction: Precision-molded notches provide extra flexibility for smaller diameter pulleys while reducing bending stress and heat buildup.
- Flex-Weave® Cover & Core: Patented composite design protects belt core against extreme ambient heat, oil, and harsh abrasive elements.
- Flex-Bonded Tensile Cords: Strongly bonded vulcanized cords absorb high shock loads and severe flexing fatigue.
- Gates V80® Matching System: Strict manufacturing tolerances allow seamless multi-belt drive assembly without manual set matching.
- Environmental & Safety Standards: ISO 1813 certified for static conductivity; REACH and RoHS 2 compliant.
