The Gates C248 Hi-Power II Classical V-belt is engineered for heavy-duty industrial drives requiring superior power transmission and resistance to bending fatigue.
- Arched Top & Concave Sidewalls: Provides uniform tensile loading and uniform pulley sidewall contact for extended belt life and reduced sheave wear.
- Flex-Weave® Cover: Patented composite cover protects the inner belt core from extreme heat, oil, atmospheric breakdown, and abrasive environmental conditions.
- Flex-Bonded Tensile Cords: Vulcanized cords provide maximum resistance to tensile forces, flexing fatigue, and high impact shock loads.
- Gates V80® Matching System: All belts comply with strict V80 length tolerances, allowing seamless installation in multi-strand drive sets without manual matching.
