- Flex-Weave® Cover: Patented composite cover protects the inner belt core from extreme heat, oil, atmospheric breakdown, and abrasive environmental conditions.
- Flex-Bonded Tensile Cords: Vulcanized cords provide maximum resistance to tensile forces, flexing fatigue, and high impact shock loads.
- Gates V80® Matching System: All belts comply with strict V80 length tolerances, allowing seamless installation in multi-strand drive sets without manual matching.
- Environmental & Safety Standards: Fully REACH and RoHS 2 compliant. Meets ARPM/RMA IP-3-2 standards for oil and heat resistance and IP-3-3 / ISO 1813 requirements for static conductivity.
